HELLO THERE

Hi, my name is Hugo Seixas, I'm a Brazilian creative based in São Paulo.

Over the past 15+ years, I've been working with Art and Creative Direction.
I joined the new DM9 in 2022 as a Senior Art Director and, since then, I've led CRM teams, delivered big campaigns, and today I work as an Associate Creative Director for Claro, focusing on Trade, Retail and Shopper Marketing. Before that, I spent 2 years managing a team at MRM Brasil, 2 years at To.Do Comunicação, and 8 solid years at Mood\TBWA.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the chance to work with brands like Consul, Claro, MRV, Vigor, Burger King, Brastemp, Mastercard, Samsung, Tendtudo Acabamentos, Libbs Farmacêutica, Devassa, Grupo CCR, MorumbiShopping, Penguin, and SECOM SP, among others.

Outside the agency, I’m the dad of Júlia — my wild little 8-year-old — and three dachshunds: Chanel, Chewbacca, and Charlote. Champion, my dog-boyfriend, is no longer with us, but he’s still part of everything around here.

People say I’m like Batman for solving things without superpowers. But honestly? Some days I feel more like the Joker — deep in the chaos, improvising with a grin and an idea in my head.
