HELLO THERE

Hi, my name is Hugo Seixas, I'm a Brazilian creative based in São Paulo.

I’ve been working in creative for 15+ years, and at the end of the day my job is to solve problems: understand the brief, organize the chaos, and turn everything into an idea that makes sense — beautiful, clear, and well executed. I’m almost obsessed with finishing what I start. I like being hands-on, adjusting every detail, staying there until everything works the way it should.

Today, I’m a Creative Director at Almap BBDO, leading integrated projects for Claro — from campaigns to retail experiences, from activations to long-form storytelling. I take ideas from point A to point Z with the kind of care that comes from genuinely loving the craft. To me, aesthetics aren’t decoration — they’re how the idea breathes. Before Almap, I worked at DM9, Mood\TBWA, To.Do and MRM, always following the same path: building solid, thoughtful projects that truly solve what needs to be solved.

Outside of work, life stays creative in its own chaotic way. I’m Júlia’s dad — she’s 9 now — and tutor to four dachshunds: Chanel, Chewbacca, Charlote, and Charlie, a 5-month-old puppy who brought back the “everything is a toy” phase at home.

People say I’m like Batman for solving things without superpowers. But honestly? Some days I feel more like the Joker — deep in the chaos, improvising with a grin and an idea in my head.
